This was a fun projected which started by taking a 3d modeled building and brought it into Farm Simulator 2019.
For base of this mod I used AFModding's Farm shop.
The roof on the side of the building is from LSMC's universal porch roof pach.
Let this worn shop be the start of your new business.
Functional lift and door all around make this building a top contender.
