Download Mod BetterContract in your downloadfodler and activate it.
Press ESC and look for the missions Icon. Close by you find a new one for BetterContract-Mod.
Chose your favorite options.

If you're using this mod Precision Farming DLC | ModHub | Landwirtschafts-Simulator (farming-simulator.com) than it's a well known problem with contracts. So take this out and you should have no troubles with contracts.

I guess you're using PrecisionFarming - that's a known Giants "bug" - NPC don't take care on prepareing their fields why you have bad values.
With BetterContracts you can reduce the amount you've to deliver. Take as value e.g. 91% or similar or kick out precision farming.PrecisionFarming that is wits mod can you sow it to me

that's a known giants bug using precision farming. There is a mod which will fix this issue on giants ModHub

beuatiful map only te contracts are not working every time 98 % not finish
