new engine and tyres

Hi, here is a little modification of the grapes harvester New Holland 9070L
I did add the engine config 9090L,
Add some board and narrow tires according to the real specs from NH
Correct the steering angle to 90° (real value from NH) so now it can turn in the next row without having to go reverse
